My name is Jeannie Owens, a beauty entrepreneur and licensed esthetician. Stellar Beauty came about from my need to connect and share with people about all these great new beauty products, treatments and services I keep coming across. With 10+ years in the beauty, spa, internet and marketing industry I couldn’t resist the chance to start something new. I am also the owner of LASH OUT!
